Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting using Tally and Excel. About the Role We are looking for a smart, detail oriented professional who can bridge design and execution. This is not just a CAD desk job or just a site job, it’s a mix of both. You’ll be the person who makes autocad drawings, ensures drawings match reality, materials are chosen correctly, and execution runs smoothly on site. Key Responsibilities Drawings & Documentation Prepare and update AutoCAD / SketchUp working drawings (electrical, plumbing, furniture layouts, false ceiling, tiling, etc.) Convert design intent into clear execution drawings for contractors. Site Coordination Take size measurements and cross-check with drawings. Ensure site work is executed as per design and dimensions. Monitor quality and progress of work across trades (civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting). Material Selection & Procurement Support Assist in choosing laminates, tiles, lights, paints, fittings, etc. Coordinate with vendors for orders and deliveries. Project Execution Support Act as the bridge between the design team, client, and contractors. Flag issues early and suggest practical solutions on site. Maintain site records, updates, and reporting. Requirements Proficiency in AutoCAD (SketchUp knowledge is a plus). 1–3 years’ experience in interior projects (site + drawings). Eye for detail and practical problem-solving skills.
