Job Title: Acquisition Manager Experience: Fresher 1 Year Location: Bangalore, India Job Type: Full-time (Field Work) About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Acquisition Manager to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves fieldwork and requires the candidate to have their own vehicle. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding new property owners/partners to grow our business network. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential property owners and landlords for partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through regular visits and communication Present the company's services, offerings, and benefits effectively to potential clients Perform property site visits, verification, and documentation Negotiate and close deals in alignment with company goals Collect market insights and feedback for improving acquisition strategies Maintain accurate reports of daily activities and client interactions Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field 01 year of experience (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome) Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-driven, target-oriented, and fieldwork-ready Basic knowledge of real estate/property market is a plus If you're passionate about sales, love connecting with people, and are ready to hit the road to achieve targets-this is the role for you!
