Key Responsibilities Internal Marketing & Team Build-up Plan and execute in-house promotions, events, and team-building activities. Coordinate with chefs, bartenders, and service teams to ensure brand consistency. Develop creative marketing ideas to boost walk-ins and repeat customers. Calls Campaign & Customer Data Handling Run outreach campaigns using personal and director-level customer databases. Manage guest feedback, loyalty contacts, and VIP communication. Maintain an updated CRM of potential and regular patrons. Follow-ups on Pending In-house Tasks Track progress of daily operations and staff assignments. Ensure smooth coordination between management and staff. Report daily updates and pending issues to management promptly. Requirements Minimum 3- 4 years of experience in Operations, Marketing & Hospitality Excellent communication and follow-up skills. Strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Knowledge of digital marketing or event coordination will be an added advantage.
