Job Title: Kindergarten Teacher & Foundational Stage Coordinator Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in early years education, 2 years in a coordinator/leadership role Education: Graduate/Postgraduate with ECCE/B.Ed./NTT/Montessori qualification Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Kindergarten Teacher who will also serve as the Foundational Stage Coordinator for our CBSE-affiliated school. This is a leadership role aligned with the NEP 2020 and NCF frameworks, responsible for managing teaching and learning across Pre-KG to Grade 2 while also handling a Kindergarten classroom. Key Responsibilities:As Kindergarten Teacher: Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons using play-based learning. Promote physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development. Foster a safe, inclusive, and joyful classroom environment. Assess and track student progress through observation and documentation. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development. As Foundational Stage Coordinator: Oversee academic planning and implementation for Pre-KG to Grade 2. Train, mentor, and supervise foundational stage teachers. Align teaching practices with CBSE, NEP 2020, and foundational literacy/numeracy goals. Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback. Coordinate parent engagement programs, theme days, and assessments. Ensure documentation and reports are prepared for inspections and audits. Candidate Requirements: Qualifications: B.Ed. with specialization in Early Childhood Education OR NTT / Montessori / ECCE diploma Postgraduate in Education (preferred but not mandatory) Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching in Kindergarten/Foundation Stage At least 2 years in an academic leadership/coordinator role Skills: Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities Excellent communication and team coordination Familiarity with play-based and experiential pedagogies Proficiency in digital tools used in modern classrooms Benefits: Opportunities for professional development Supportive work culture and collaborative team Involvement in school-wide initiatives and innovation programs Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): How many years of School Experience as Teacher do you have ?
