Job Description: As a candidate for this position, you will work in a Hybrid mode, spending 4 days in the office at Bangalore location, specifically at Karle Towers adjacent to Manyata Tech Park. The client you will be working with is Becton Dickison (BD), a company founded in 1897 with headquarters in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. BD specializes in medical technology, offering products in medical devices, diagnostic systems, and biosciences. With operations in over 190 countries, BD serves healthcare providers, researchers, and patients globally. The company's mission is to enhance healthcare safety, efficiency, and patient outcomes through advanced technologies. Your responsibilities will include designing and reviewing implementations to ensure they meet BD quality standards. You will supervise and support external technical development teams during implementation, testing, and deployment phases. It will be crucial to ensure that all deliverables contain the appropriate level of documentation, with a particular emphasis on updating the Solution manual. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience with Kinaxis Maestro (formerly RR) implementation projects and involvement in supply chain planning projects. Knowledge of Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Distribution Requirements Planning modules is essential. Additionally, familiarity with the Kinaxis administration module, particularly in relation to Data model and integration topics, is required. Desired additional skills for this role include Kinaxis authoring and administration certifications, as well as experience in integrating with data lake/databricks/middleware systems.
