Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and supply chain requirements
• Analyze existing supply chain workflows and identify opportunities for improvement using Kinaxis RapidResponse

Kinaxis Configuration & Customization

• Design and configure Kinaxis RapidResponse applications such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP
• Develop data models, workflows, and custom scripts to support specific business needs
• Ensure seamless data flow and high data integrity within Kinaxis

Project Delivery & Support

• Collaborate with internal and client-side teams for project implementation
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post-implementation
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for all technical solutions

Continuous Improvement

• Stay current with Kinaxis platform updates and supply chain industry trends
• Identify and implement improvements in existing Kinaxis configurations to enhance user experience and performance

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse or other advanced supply chain planning tools

Technical Skills

• Expertise in configuring Kinaxis modules such as Master Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP
• Advanced scripting within Kinaxis (e.g., RapidTables) for custom calculations and automation
• Experience with integrating Kinaxis with ERP, CRM, and WMS systems using APIs and ETL tools
• Strong understanding of Kinaxis data modeling, reporting, and analytics
• Proficient in SQL and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is beneficial
• Experience in Agile project environments using tools like Jira or Asana
