Qualification: BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Equalnet Experience: 5+ Years in Sheet Metal Industry Experience in the same role. Salary: As per industry norms Job Requirements: 1. Plan, execute, and monitor daily production activities in the Weld Shop to meet quality standards. 2. Ensure efficient operation of press machines, robotic welding systems (MIG/TIG), and spot welding equipment. 3. Perform mechanical maintenance tasks on press machines and other equipment as needed. 4. Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize productivity. 5. Collaborate with team members to resolve issues related to machine performance, quality control, and safety. .
