Role & responsibilities . Responsible for technical staff training. Conducting external and internal trainings. Responsible for maintaining all technical records which includes calibration records, calibration certificates & all equipment related issues. Dealing with Non-conforming materials, processes and equipment Proper maintenance of test reports. Participation in proficiency testing of technical staff. Monitoring proper sampling methods & updation whenever required. Method validations and inter instrumental validation and comparison. Approval of new test methods. Updating of CV & Z score at regular intervals to upkeep the quality in the lab Monitoring of EQAS for all departments and taking corrective actions. NABL documentation Preferred candidate profile Preferably from NABL background.
