Role Description Doctor Engagement & Referral Manager | Hyderabad 🌟 We are looking for a dynamic professional to strengthen our doctor referral network and drive engagement initiatives at our fertility clinic in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Build & nurture relationships with referring doctors ✅ Organize RTMs, CMEs & awareness programs ✅ Track referral data & optimize outreach strategies ✅ Collaborate with marketing on doctor engagement campaigns ✅ Act as a key liaison ensuring smooth patient journeys Qualifications 🎓 MBA/Life Sciences/Pharmacy or related degree 📌 2-3 years in healthcare marketing, doctor engagement, or business development 🤝 Strong communication & relationship-building skills 💡 Knowledge of fertility/reproductive healthcare (preferred)
