Key Responsibilities: ERP Coordination: Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the ERP system, ensuring smooth and efficient functionality across departments. Odoo Development: Utilize your experience in Odoo development to customize, upgrade, and maintain our ERP system according to business needs. System Updates: Oversee and execute regular system updates, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and optimizing system performance. Staff Training: Develop and deliver training programs for staff on the effective use of the ERP system, ensuring users are proficient and confident in their roles. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support and resolve issues related to ERP software and related IT infrastructure. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the ERP system and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions through the ERP system. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Odoo development. Skills: Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly Odoo. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on system optimization and user training. Communication: Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical staff.
