Job Description Preschool Teacher Position: Preschool Teacher Location: Kidzee Amra Bypass Road, Varanasi Job Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities Classroom Management & Teaching Conduct age-appropriate lessons using Kidzees structured curriculum. Create a joyful, safe, and engaging learning environment. Plan daily activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Use storytelling, music, art, games, and play-based teaching methods. Child Growth & Development Observe each childs progress and maintain individual portfolios. Prepare progress reports and share them with parents during PTMs. Ensure safety, hygiene, and high standards of child care. Parent Communication Communicate with parents professionally and regularly. Address concerns with empathy and responsibility. Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent engagement activities. School Hygiene & Safety Follow all safety protocols and hygiene guidelines. Support during arrival, dispersal, meals, and transitions. Team Collaboration Work closely with other teachers and support staff. Attend regular training sessions and workshops. Contribute positively to the school environment and culture. Required Qualifications Minimum Graduate (Early Childhood Education certification preferred). Strong command of English and Hindi. Experience in early childhood education is an advantage. Warm, patient, and child-friendly attitude.
