Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development. Ensure a safe and hygienic classroom environment. Communicate effectively with parents and staff. Manage classroom behavior with patience and care. Requirements: Minimum 1–2 years of experience handling children below 5 years. Qualification in Early Childhood Education or Montessori Training preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Warm, caring, and energetic personality.
