As a Nephrologist, your primary role will involve diagnosing and treating kidney diseases and disorders, which may include Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and Acute Kidney Injury (AKI). You will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with complex renal conditions, conducting detailed medical histories, and performing physical examinations focused on kidney health. Additionally, you will order and analyze diagnostic tests such as Blood Tests, Urinalysis, Kidney Biopsies, and Imaging Studies like Ultrasound and CT Scans. Your duties will also entail the development of personalized treatment plans for patients and closely monitoring their progress to ensure optimal outcomes. A key aspect of your role will involve collaborating with other specialists and healthcare providers to coordinate care for patients with multi-system diseases affecting the kidneys. You will participate in multidisciplinary teams dedicated to managing patients undergoing dialysis or kidney transplantation. The ideal candidate for this position should hold an MBBS, MD, DM (Nephrology), or DNB (Nephrology) degree. Prior work experience of at least 2 years in the field of nephrology is required. Salary is negotiable based on the qualifications and expertise of the candidate. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
