Kidney Transplant Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for assessing patients for transplant eligibility, coordinating their listing on organ donation registries, organizing medical tests, specialist consultations, and education sessions. You will ensure the timely completion of evaluations and documentation while liaising with organ procurement organizations. Facilitating logistics for organ retrieval and transplant scheduling will also be part of your duties. Monitoring patient recovery and health status, scheduling follow-up appointments, and adjusting care plans as needed are essential tasks.
