Job Description

Walk-In Drive Research Associate (Quality Engineering)

Experience:

Research Associates (Quality Engineering)

Roles & Responsibilities

SQL & Database Testing

Write & execute complex SQL queries (JOINS, subqueries, GROUP BY, ORDER BY, aggregates).
Perform data verification & data integrity testing.
Validate backend data with UI results.
Work on MySQL / PostgreSQL / SQL Server.

Python (Basic)

Use Python for basic automation tasks and data validation.
Understand variables, loops, conditions, functions, lists, dictionaries.
Assist in simple automation script development.

Excel & Data Analysis

Prepare test data and perform data comparison using Excel.
Use VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, charts, conditional formatting.
Create weekly/monthly test progress and defect reports.

Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with developers, product owners, and BAs.
Participate in scrum meetings, sprint planning, and defect triage.
Communicate testing progress and blockers effectively.

Basic Automation Exposure (Optional)

Understand basics of Selenium / PyTest.
Execute existing automation scripts under guidance.
Help identify automation-suitable test cases.

Who Can Attend

Candidates with
6 months to 1 year QA experience
Strong SQL fundamentals
Basic Python knowledge
Good communication & analytical skills
Immediate joiners preferred
