Job Title: Content QC & Social Media Executive About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional who can seamlessly combine content quality control, and social media management. This role is ideal for someone who is both imaginative and meticulous, able to understand content and ensure its accuracy and brand alignment, and amplify it across social platforms with impact. Key Responsibilities Content & Content Quality Control (QC) Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing teams to bring campaigns and content calendars to life. Stay updated with industry trends, cultural moments, and competitor communication to inspire fresh ideas. Proofread and edit all outgoing content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and tone. Check for brand consistency (voice, fonts, hashtags, keywords, CTAs). Review creatives, videos, and campaign assets for alignment with brand guidelines. Conduct final QC before content goes live on any channel. Maintain content libraries, naming conventions, and documentation. Social Media Management Manage daily posting across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Build and maintain a monthly content calendar in sync with campaigns, events, and product launches. Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and nurture the community with brand-aligned messaging. Track performance (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and strategize accordingly. Coordinate influencer/UGC collaborations and amplify brand visibility. Key Skills & Competencies Strong command of written English with an eye for detail. Creativity in captions, and campaign ideation. Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices. Ability to meet deadlines. Familiarity with luxury, lifestyle, or jewellery branding preferred. Knowledge of Canva/Adobe Suite and basic video editing (bonus). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make content improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in content writing, editing, or social media management (luxury/fashion/jewellery background is a plus).
