Strong understanding of Indian textiles, embroidery techniques, and garment construction. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar CAD tools. Excellent sense of color, fabric drape, and silhouette. Ability to select the right type of fabric for the garment construction Ability to balance creativity with commercial sensibility. Strong communication, time management, and team collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in the manufacturing or wholesale industry is a plus
