Job Title: Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts Location: Greater Noida Department: Finance & Accounts Reporting to: Manager/Head Finance & Accounts Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations. Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements. Handle banking operations including Forex transactions, Letter of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BGs), and other trade finance documentation. Liaise with banks for renewal, enhancement, and documentation of credit limits and working capital facilities. Ensure accurate and timely processing of import/export documentation and banking papers. Monitor cash flow, fund requirements, and optimize utilization of credit lines. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities for statutory compliance (Income Tax, GST, TDS, ROC, etc.). Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Assist in finalization of accounts and audit schedules. Drive process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls. Qualifications & Skills CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) / MBA (Finance) / M.Com with relevant experience. 4-6 years of experience in finance & accounts, with hands-on exposure in forex, LC, banking documentation, and credit limit renewal/enhancement. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance. Proficient in Tally; working knowledge of ERP/accounting software (SAP/Oracle/others preferred). Advanced Excel, analytical, and financial modeling skills. Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills with banks and financial institutions.
