Key Responsibilities Barista Duties Prepare high-quality coffee, beverages, and café menu items Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene Handle espresso machines, grinders, brew methods, and inventory Guide and train new staff on beverage preparation Ensure cleanliness of bar and kitchen area Café Management Duties Manage daily café operations and shift schedules Oversee staff performance & ensure smooth workflow Handle customer service issues and maintain service standards Manage stock, ordering, wastage, and vendor coordination Ensure café opening & closing procedures are followed Maintain basic reporting (daily sales, cash handling, shortages, etc.) Support the owner in planning offers, promotions, and customer experience
