Role & responsibilities Data Analysis and Reporting Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualization tools to support decision-making. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems. System Development and Maintenance Analyze business requirements and recommend enhancements to existing MIS platforms. Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement system upgrades or new solutions. Test, debug, and optimize MIS applications to improve performance. User Support and Training Assist end-users in utilizing MIS tools and troubleshooting technical issues. Provide training sessions and documentation to ensure efficient system use. Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to address system needs. Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies in workflows and recommend process automation where applicable. Collaborate with departments to streamline data collection and reporting. Conduct regular reviews of system performance and suggest enhancements. Compliance and Security Ensure systems comply with internal policies and external regulations. Maintain security protocols to protect sensitive data. Support disaster recovery plans and system backups. Project Coordination Contribute to the planning and execution of MIS-related projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Monitor project milestones and report on progress. Preferred candidate profile : Working relationship with operations Communication: Proficient in English, Hindi Proficiency in database management systems. Knowledge of reporting and visualization tools. Experience with MSOffice, Advance Excel, Excel Macros, Ms Excess, Power BI Basic programming skills
