Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Executive to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering orders to customers in a timely and safe manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process. Key Responsibilities:Pick up items from the warehouse/vendor and deliver them to customers at their doorstep. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products as per the assigned routes and schedules. Communicate with customers in a polite and professional manner. Collect payments or verify online payments when required. Handle products carefully to avoid damage during transit. Follow traffic rules and company safety protocols at all times. Report delivery status and any delivery issues to the supervisor or manager. Maintain delivery vehicle (bike, van, etc.) in good working condition, if applicable. Use delivery apps or devices to manage routes and update delivery status in real-time.
