Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical & Electrical Gummidipūndi 0 years INR 3.0 - 5.4 Lacs P.A. On-site Full Time

· Develop and execute maintenance schedules (daily/weekly/monthly) · Perform root-cause investigations and implement corrective strategies on failures · Diagnose and resolve breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime and support high OEE · Conduct regular inspections of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; tighten, lubricate, and clean per best industry practices · Adhere to LOTO, permits-to-work, and PPE protocols. Enforce HSE regulations through inspections and risk assessments · Collaborate with operations and quality teams using structured methods (inline with best industry practices) to resolve issues · Analyze maintenance KPIs, reduce maintenance costs, and propose improvements · Implement Lean practices to enhance reliability · Liaise with vendors for spare parts, manage spares inventory, and support Plant Manager · Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing major maintenance and shutdown events · Coach technicians, delegate tasks effectively, and interface with contractors when necessary · Develop and execute electrical preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules for motors, drives, switchgear, PLCs, control panels, sensors, and instrumentation · Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults promptly to minimize downtime · Support retrofits, upgrades, and instrumentation enhancements for electrical systems · Conduct root-cause analysis to prevent recurring faults · Use TPM and OEE metrics to identify and address electrical-related production losses · Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues in collaboration with OEM teams · Maintain sensors, actuators, and control interfaces; conduct calibration and validation activities · Ensure all electrical work complies with safety regulations (+LOTO), wiring standards (e.g., BS7671), and company policy · Perform risk assessments and issue permits-to-work for contractor involvement · Maintain inventory of electrical spares and monitor critical stock levels · Keep detailed records of maintenance logs, calibration reports, and asset history · Coordinate with operators, mechanical maintenance, and external contractors for effective repair · Mentor and support junior technicians and electricians · Identify opportunities to optimize energy efficiency and system reliability Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location: In person
