Role Description As a Motion Designer, you will join the Product team to craft and elevate the brand’s visual narrative across digital platforms. This is an exciting role offering opportunities to impact both visual storytelling and brand identity in collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams. Responsibilities: Design visual content for digital applications: social media, ads, web/mobile UI, marketing banners, and campaign assets. Contribute to the design and evolution of the brand’s visual identity, including logos, typography, and key brand elements. Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to develop storyboards, animation concepts, and on-brand visuals. Implement micro-interactions, transitions, and motion in product UI flows. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in animation, branding, and digital design. Manage multiple projects while maintaining brand consistency and delivery quality. Eligibility Criteria: 1–3 years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or visual storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Spline. Strong understanding of animation principles, visual hierarchy, and typography. Demonstrated portfolio or showreel of motion graphics and branding projects. Experience with 2D character animation or basic 3D motion (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) . Familiarity with Figma for UI/UX and component-based design. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and technically sound General Manager- Engineering and Delivery to lead and scale engineering across multiple product verticals in the sports technology space, with a focus on enterprise-grade solutions for government and institutional clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership skills, experience working with public sector clients, and a proven track record of building scalable, secure, and compliant platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead engineering execution across multiple product verticals — from requirement analysis to deployment — ensuring alignment with government mandates, SLAs, and strategic business goals. Architect large-scale web and mobile platforms with a focus on modularity, maintainability, scalability, and performance under variable network conditions. Define and enforce architectural standards, engineering best practices, and secure coding principles. Own and manage cloud infrastructure, deployment reliability, release management, and cloud-native optimization (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Translate government RFPs/RFQs and functional specifications into actionable technical blueprints, sprint plans, and implementation timelines. Collaborate closely with leadership, product managers, solution architects, DevOps, and UI/UX teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Drive hiring, mentorship, and performance management across the engineering team, fostering a high-performance culture. Support solutioning discussions with clients and system integrators, ensuring compliance and smooth integration with third-party systems. Ensure all technology operations adhere to compliance standards, data governance policies, and overall quality benchmarks. Technical Qualifications B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5 –10 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 – 4 years in engineering leadership roles. Expertise in backend frameworks (Node.js, Python, Java) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue). Strong understanding of system design, distributed computing, REST APIs, message queues, and microservices architecture. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, monitoring, and logging. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Git, Jenkins, Postman, Swagger, and performance/load testing platforms. Deep knowledge of data privacy, IT security protocols, and public cloud security standards. Familiarity with Indian government data standards (e.g., MeitY guidelines, Aadhaar, DigiLocker APIs) is a strong plus.
