Prepare and maintain plating baths (NiSO₄, NiCl₂, CuSO₄, etc.) ensuring proper pH and composition. Operate and monitor rectifiers, anodes, filters, and agitation systems. Manage pre-plating processes such as degreasing, polishing, and surface activation. Measure coating thickness and ensure corrosion-resistant finish. Maintain bath health, perform regular analysis, and manage chemical replenishment. Ensure safety standards, waste disposal, and effluent treatment compliance. Qualifications: Diploma / B.Tech in Chemical, Metallurgical, or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in electroplating (preferably copper/nickel).
