Position: Civil Engineer Finishing Works Location: Udaipur Company: Khamesra Brothers Pvt.Ltd. Experience Required: 36 years Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer specialized in finishing works for building construction projects. The candidate should have hands-on knowledge in execution, supervision, quality control, and coordination of all finishing activities including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, carpentry, and allied interior works. Key Responsibilities: Plan, supervise, and monitor all finishing activities at site to ensure timely completion as per project schedule. Execute and oversee works such as plastering, putty, tiling, marble/granite works, painting, carpentry/joinery, false ceiling, waterproofing, and external finishes. Ensure quality control by adhering to drawings, technical specifications, and approved standards. Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth workflow. Monitor material consumption, wastage, and inventory related to finishing items. Maintain daily progress reports (DPRs) and provide updates to Project Manager. Ensure safety and housekeeping at site during finishing execution. Identify and resolve site issues, snags, and deviations promptly. Support in final handover by ensuring defect-free finishing works.
