Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting processes, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), strategic financial forecasting, and cash flow management. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with GST regulations and handle cash management efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. Lead financial forecasting and budgeting processes, preparing regular financial reports and forecasts for management review. Analyze and manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity and effective management of working capital. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial performance and forecasting. Manage the preparation and filing of GST returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations. Oversee the reconciliation of financial accounts, ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved. Review and analyze financial data to support business decision-making and identify areas for cost control and optimization. Handle cash management, ensuring proper processes for cash handling, cash flow monitoring, and safeguarding company funds. Ensure compliance with all accounting and financial reporting standards, both local and international. Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders for financial audits, tax filings, and compliance purposes. Manage and supervise junior accounting staff, ensuring team development and adherence to accounting standards and practices. Key Skills & Qualifications: Qualification- Chartered Accountant / Semi Qualified Chartered Accountant 6-10 years of experience in accounting, Strategy with retail industry Solid knowledge of local tax laws and regulatory requirements. Proven experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role within accounting or finance. Strong expertise in accounting principles, financial analysis, and financial reporting. Experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A), forecasting, and budgeting processes. In-depth knowledge of cash flow management, working capital optimization, and liquidity analysis. Proficiency in handling GST returns, compliance, and tax-related documentation. Hands-on experience with cash handling procedures and cash flow monitoring. Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights.
