Kg Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Montessori Teacher to create a child-centered learning environment that supports students academic, social, emotional, and creative development. The ideal candidate will follow Montessori principles and foster independence, curiosity, and confidence in young learners.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Montessori-based lesson plans tailored to individual student needs
  
• Introduce hands-on and interactive Montessori learning activities
  
• Organize children into small groups to support social development and collaborative learning
  
• Encourage creativity through daily art, craft, and practical life activities
  
• Create a warm, welcoming, and inspiring Montessori classroom environment
  
• Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress and behavior
  
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ development and milestones
  
• Listen carefully to parents’ concerns and address them promptly and professionally.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Education or relevant field
  
• Diploma/Certification in Early Childhood Education preferred
  
• Experience in teaching or handling children
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Creative, patient, and child-centric approach
  
• Ability to manage classroom activities effectively

• Diploma/Certification in Montessori Education (Mandatory )
