Role Description This is a full-time role for an MEP Costing professional based in Thane.. The daily responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, analyzing tender documents, and ensuring estimation accuracy. The role also involves collaborating with project teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with project specifications. The MEP Costing professional will assist in tracking budgets, preparing reports, and supporting project cost control measures. Qualifications Proficiency in MEP cost estimation, budget forecasting, and cost analysis Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and ELV systems and design requirements Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents Effective communication and collaboration skills for vendor and team coordination Bachelor’s / Diploma in Engineering or having experience in Quantity Surveying, in related field Experience with costing software and proficiency in MS Excel Previous experience in the interior design
