Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research, identify potential clients, and assist in lead generation. Manage and maintain customer databases, follow up with clients, and ensure timely communication. Support in preparing quotations, sales offers, and documentation for both domestic and export transactions. Assist in email correspondence, sales coordination, and maintaining CRM data. Participate in product promotion activities, cold calling, and client meetings as required. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and dispatch follow-ups. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends. Desired Candidate Profile:). 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer coordination. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required). Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
