Operational Management Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the Cafe. Maintain inventory of coffee beans, equipment, and other supplies Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Manage scheduling and staffing to maintain optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours. Support operations during peak hours in preparing food and drinks Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service, maintaining a welcoming and premium ambiance. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. Uphold and enhance the shop’s brand image through excellent service and quality. Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop baristas and other staff in drink preparation, customer service, and operational procedures. Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback and coaching. Foster a positive and motivated team culture. Financial Management: Monitor daily sales, prepare reports, and ensure achievement of revenue targets. Control costs by managing labor, wastage, and operational expenses effectively. Quality & Standards: Maintain high standards for drink and food preparation, presentation, and taste consistency. Ensure equipment is well-maintained and troubleshoot any issues promptly. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 1 -2 years in a café or restaurant management role Education: Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred but not required) Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent customer service orientation Knowledge of brewing methods, and café operations Basic financial acumen (sales reports) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
