Position Summary: The Tele sales Executive will play a vital role in driving revenue by managing andsel-ling Schindler's Annual Maintenance (AMC) Contracts through outbound calls and customer engagement. The role involves ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies, CRM updates, lead generation, and follow-up activities. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends, may be required to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities: 1.Driving Sales •Responsible for driving AMC sales to existing customer ensuring customer retention. •Implementing initiatives to drive sales performance and meet/exceed sales targets. 2.Customer Relationship Management: •Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing customers to maximize retention and identify upselling opportunities. •Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. 3.Up-selling and Cross-selling: •Promote and sell contract upgrades and modernization kits to existing customers, ensuring alignment with their evolving needs. 4.Post-Order Activities: •Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-order activities, including order processing, contract fulfilment, and customer satisfaction. 5.Performance and Reporting: •Drive assigned key performance indicators (KPIs) on weekly, Monthly & quarterly Basis •Prepare and submit regular performance reports to evaluate own performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
