Job Overview We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects and drive strategic initiatives across diverse business domains. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in managing large-scale, end-to-end project lifecycles, with proven expertise in delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and a deep understanding of project governance and methodologies. Job Title: Project Management Primary Skills: SAP CS Functional Consultant, Project Lifecycle Leadership Experience: 10+ Years Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Best in the Industry Timing: 1pm to 10pm IST shift. Notice Period: 15 days to Immidiate Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle, from initiation through closure, across multiple business units. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior stakeholders. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues. Ensure strict adherence to governance frameworks, industry standards, and methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, PRINCE2). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, operations, and business stakeholders. Provide clear and consistent communication through dashboards, reports, and executive updates. Conduct project retrospectives, capturing lessons learned to enhance future project performance. Cultivate a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Masters or MBA preferred. 10+ years of project management experience, including at least 35 years in a senior leadership role. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet). PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent professional certification preferred. Demonstrated expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Outstanding leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Preferred Skills Experience managing digital transformation, enterprise software development, or infrastructure projects. Strong business acumen and a strategic, solutions-oriented mindset. Experience in a matrixed or global team environment. Knowledge of budgeting, financial forecasting, and vendor management.
