Key Responsibilities: Manage and respond to sales inquiries/leads generated through IndiaMART portal . Convert online leads into confirmed sales through effective communication and follow-up. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve repeat business. Update and maintain product listings, prices, and company profile on IndiaMART. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the management team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Executive / Online Sales Executive (IndiaMART experience preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills (both verbal & written). Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and online portals. Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
