Senior Tool Design Engineer Bengaluru 6 - 7 years INR 7.0 - 8.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities : Capable to design Progressive tools/ Stage tools for Sheetmetal parts. Working knowledge of Tool design for sheet thickness from 0.10mm to 5.00mm. Apply the past lessons learnt and skill to innovate new concepts in Tool design. Follow the ISO documentation procedures and control of documentation at Tool design. Guide & Develop Junior designers. Preferred candidate profile Knowledge in use of softwares required for tool design like Auto cad, SolidWorks, Uni-Graphics., Knowledge of all Tool steels required for Tool development and usage of Standard die parts like Misumi, Fibro etc., Knowledge of Ferrous & Non-ferrous sheet metal parts Mechanical properties and select the right Tool steels for the tool design. Internet exploring capability for latest innovations and Engineering information’s. Apply the productivity techniques at the tool design stage. Follow up with the tool development team and receive the feedback to improve the future designs. Focus on right first-time right approach.
