Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Surat for a Printing Supervisor. The Printing Supervisor will oversee and manage day-to-day printing and production processes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising print operations, managing bindery processes, coordinating with team members, and maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and optimal customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and task delegation Expertise in Print Production, Printing, and Bindery processes Effective Communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients Attention to detail and quality assurance experience Knowledge of advanced printing technologies and materials is advantageous Organizational and problem-solving skills Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or courses in printing technology are a plus
