Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a QA Engineer, based at KCI Bearings' facility in Surendranagar. The QA Engineer will be work as Asst. MR and responsible for the, - Monthly KPI data review and action executions, Conducting MRM - Customer audit preparation and support - Customer documentation and portal handling - Maintaining documents and procedures - Monitoring of timely completion of process audits, product audits and other KPIs. Qualifications Proficiency in IATF QA Documents Strong skills in MS word, excel, powerpoint. Knowledge of Manufacturing processes like Grinding, turning, super finishing, molding etc will be added advantage. Attention to detail and the ability to ensure perfect documentation. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders Familiarity with ISO: TS 16949 standards is an added advantage Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or automobile engineeringa is mandatory.
