We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Anti-Ragging Undertaking Form specialist at KCS College of Engineering and Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and training, with excellent communication skills. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective anti-ragging strategies to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment. Collaborate with faculty members to design and deliver comprehensive training programs on anti-ragging principles and practices. Conduct workshops and seminars to educate students on the importance of respect and inclusivity. Monitor and report incidents of ragging or harassment, ensuring prompt action is taken to prevent future occurrences. Foster a culture of empathy and understanding among students, faculty, and staff. Evaluate the effectiveness of anti-ragging initiatives and recommend improvements. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of anti-ragging laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in designing and delivering training programs. Familiarity with educational technology and software applications.
