Handle customer queries, returns, and reviews on e-commerce platforms. Generate and present reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or online retail. Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Magento, Meesho, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of data analysis tools. Good communication and coordination skills.
