Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end hiring process for roles such as procurement, project, operations, and site staff. Develop effective job descriptions, post listings, and source candidates through portals, social media, and networks. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with department heads for final selection. Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires. HR Operations Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR policies. Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. Employee Engagement & Culture Build and sustain a positive work culture aligned with Villaro’s values. Organize team activities, engagement initiatives, and training programs. Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance redressal. Performance & Development Support managers in setting up performance evaluation systems. Monitor probation confirmations and appraisal cycles. Identify skill gaps and coordinate training & development initiatives. General HR Administration Vendor coordination for recruitment, training, or HR services when required. Handle exit processes, including clearances and exit interviews. Assist management in creating and updating HR policies and SOPs. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
