Nanocrystal Formulation Development o Develop and optimize nanocrystal formulations for various cosmetic products, such as creams, serums, lotions, and masks, with a focus on enhanced delivery and bioavailability of active ingredients. o Research and select suitable nanomaterials (e.g., liposomes, solid lipid nanoparticles, or nanoemulsions) that align with product goals (e.g., anti-aging, moisturizing, skin brightening). o Innovate and create new formulations using nanotechnology to improve product performance, stability, and sensory attributes. Research and Innovation: o Conduct in-depth research on nanotechnology, nanomaterials, and their applications in cosmetic formulations. o Stay updated with the latest scientific and technological advancements in nanoscience to apply cutting-edge techniques to product development. o Collaborate with the R&D team to integrate new technologies and ingredients into formulations for improved efficacy and consumer experience. Formulation Testing and Optimization: o Perform laboratory-scale formulation trials and stability testing to assess the behavior, performance, and safety of nanocrystal-based products. o Optimize formulations to ensure desired outcomes, such as enhanced absorption, controlled release, and improved skin penetration. o Monitor the stability of nanocrystal formulations under different storage conditions, ensuring product integrity over time. Quality Control and Compliance: o Work closely with the quality control and regulatory teams to ensure that nanocrystal-based formulations comply with safety, regulatory, and industry standards (e.g., FDA, EU Cosmetics Regulation). o Document all formulation procedures, testing results, and product specifications for regulatory compliance. o Conduct stability and compatibility studies for nanocrystal formulations, ensuring they meet required product quality and safety standards. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support: o Collaborate with product development, marketing, and packaging teams to understand customer needs and ensure the successful commercialization of nanocrystal-based products. o Provide technical support and training to internal teams on nanocrystal technology, formulation techniques, and best practices.
