Role & responsibilities Set up and operate the Amada panel bending/cutting machine (panel bender or laser/punch combo) at Kaycee Industries Ambernath facility initiating production cycles for metal switchgear panels. Adjust critical parameterssuch as feed rate, pressure, tool positioning, and panel dimensions—to meet specifications for electrical control and distribution panels. Load sheet metal panels, monitor the production process, and perform inspection checks on fabricated panels to ensure compliance with ISO9001 quality standards. Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot panel machine operations swiftly, and collaborate with support teams to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. Adhere to safety procedures, document panel batch details (e.g. machine settings, panel count, material data), and report any deviations or hazards immediately.
