Strategy & Planning - Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall business goals. - Define clear key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and track progress effectively. - Create a content calendar to ensure consistent, timely, and strategic posting. 2. Content Creation & Curation - Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored for various social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats. - Source and curate relevant external content to share with the audience, enhancing value and engagement. 3. Community Management & Engagement - Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and direct messages. - Respond promptly to inquiries, engage actively with followers, and foster a positive, inclusive online community. - Build relationships with influencers and industry professionals to expand reach and drive engagement. 4. Social Media Monitoring & Analysis - Track key performance metrics such as engagement rates, reach, and website traffic driven by social media efforts. - Analyze performance data to identify trends, understand audience behavior, and optimize strategies for better results. - Create comprehensive performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. 5.
