I called them for an appointment, I explained the issue in tamil. Receptionist said she can't understand my language and asking me to speak in hindi or English. I replied you are doing business in tamilnadu and you can't speak the language I don't want your service I look for other options.

They have postponed the appointment for more than three times for laser hair removal. Each time the excuses are different, worst service from this concern . When asked about refunds they are claiming their manager will call and nobody responds.

All over service very good Front desk they are giving proper appointment service doing well trained dermatologist and the therapists it's good. Dr Seema, Ms Shobana and Ms Harini all are treating the clients in good manner.

Undertaking laser hair reduction sessions here. Overall great service, thanks to all the staff and especially Kousalya for her kindness and care. She ensured minimal pain and maximum comfort during the session.
