I recently took a service at Kaya and I was attended by Harini.Completely satisfied with the experience.The staff were professional and friendly. The service was delivered promptly and met all my expectations.

Even after taking prior appointment they make us wait for more than one hour. The waiting area is really horrible with poor ventilation and no AC. Chairs are most uncomfortable and give backache in 30mins. Customer services is also poor. They ask us to switch between rooms in b/w sessions. Pathetic customer/crowd management.
