The CFO will oversee and optimize the financial operations, strategies, and growth initiatives specific to the marketplace business model. He will ensure the marketplace's financial health, scalability, and profitability. Key Responsibilities include developing and executing financial strategies specific to the Marketplace. Lead financial planning, including budgeting and forecasting, ensure full P&L ownership for the marketplace business unit, and analyze key performance metrics, including customer acquisition costs, customer lifetime value, and seller conversion rates. Ensure compliance with marketplace-specific regulations and international accounting standards, and facilitate timely vendor reconciliation and claim processes with Amazon. Additionally, engage with investors and external auditors to maintain transparency and trust. Qualifications and Skills: Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (often preferred). A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation may be preferred. Extensive financial leadership experience, including CFO experience in a large, complex marketplace. Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking skills. Comprehensive knowledge of marketplace-specific financial dynamics and regulatory considerations.
