Role & responsibilities Hands on experience on Kawasaki & ABB robots. Other robots will be beneficial. Spot welding, material handling, sealing, roller hemming applications Robot I/O setup DeviceNet, Ethernet, Profinet network protocol setup. Electrical, robot & control panel basic troubleshooting Write and modify robot programs according to customer standards. Simulate robot systems using OEM specific software (i.e. ABB Robot studio). Commission and integrate robots in cell/line. Support customers and resolve issues in the field. Configure Robot Controller. Simulate (RCS) in the OEM simulation software. Develop complete robot programs. Verify the feasibility of solutions and processes. Find and solve issues before the manufacturing phase. Validate cycle time.
