We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paint Sales Manager to drive our paint application sales across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business development, managing presales and commercial activities, and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the paint industry, including system integrators, automotive OEMs, and Tier-1 customers. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with system integrators, end users, and other relevant stakeholders within the paint application market across India. Manage presales activities such as generating inquiries, negotiating pricing and payment terms, controlling delivery schedules, and overseeing invoicing and collections. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, system integrators, distributors, and partners to foster long-term business growth. Plan and execute sales and promotional activities aligned with company budget and strategic goals. Comprehensive knowledge of painting robots, painting equipment, paint supply systems, and related peripheral technologies. Prior experience in sales, project management, or application management within robotics manufacturers, painting system integrators, or painting equipment makers is highly desirable. Sound understanding of paint quality control and the variables influencing paint application processes. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
