Roles and Responsibilities Lead design projects from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs. Conduct feasibility studies, analyze data, and create detailed drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD). Develop manufacturing engineering plans, including process flow diagrams and PFMEA documents. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the design process. Desired Candidate Profile 2-7 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery design or related field. Proficiency in Gear Manufacturing, Bearing Analysis, Gear Design, Industrial Engineering principles.
