The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support, and clearly communicating information in Tamil. Responsibilities: Handle customer calls in Tamil language (inbound/outbound). Provide accurate information and assistance. Maintain a polite and professional tone with customers. Update call records and reports on daily basis. Work towards achieving daily/weekly goals. Requirements: Good communication skills in Tamil (reading, writing, speaking). Basic English/Regional language knowledge will be an added advantage. Minimum qualification: Graduates (12th pass welcome). Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
