Role: Peoplesoft Technical Consultant Experience: 8+ Years Location: PAN India & Remote Roles & Responsibilities Experience: 8+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Technical Consultant with hands-on expertise in Time & Labor and Payroll modules. Proven experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1/9.2, including full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, or support projects. Experience with PeopleTools (8.5x or higher), Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interfaces, BI Publisher and SQR for custom development. Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL for database querying, performance tuning, and data analysis. Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, File Layouts). Understanding of payroll processing, tax calculations, and time reporting configurations.
